The family law courts are the worst place to resolve parenting issues. Our office strives to get parenting issues out of the court system as quickly as possible. We have multiple resources available for parents to learn about shared parenting and to divert most child custody and visitation issues to retained profession counselors with years of experience in helping parents resolve parenting issues outside of court. In the event the parties cannot resolve parenting issues themselves, and the issues have to be tried to a judge, the trail can be about the experts opinions as to whats best for the children, as opposed to relatives and neighbors slandering the parents in hopes of one parent gaining an advantage over the other.
