The family law courts are the worst place to resolve parenting issues. Our office strives to get parenting issues out of the court system as quickly as possible.
We have multiple resources available for parents to learn about shared parenting, and to divert most child custody and visitation issues to retained professional counselors with years of experience helping parents resolve parenting issues outside of court.
In the event the parties cannot resolve parenting issues themselves, and the issues have to be tried before a judge, the trial can then be about the experts’ opinions as to what is best for the children, rather than relatives and neighbors slandering the parents in hopes of one parent gaining an advantage over the other.
